Working Student Engineering (all gender)

Purpose of the position

Within the engineering team, we establish common equipment and building standards to achieve a high level of project success in investment projects across Intersnack.

This includes:

• Continuous development and documentation of Group Standard Equipment.

• Improving equipment and building standards within projects.

• Feedback to design and documentation for next projects.

• Maintaining of good practice equipment project data. 

We are looking for a working student to support us in document management and the further development of this area. The job holder will have the opportunity to work in an international team with colleagues from all Intersnack Management Units and gain insights into project management and the business process world of Intersnack.

Location of place of work is Düsseldorf.

Responsibilities

As a Working Student in Group Engineering, you will support our team in managing technical documentation and developing digital collaboration platforms. You’ll gain hands-on experience in international investment projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Intersnack:

• Support the development and maintenance of machine-specific documentation (e.g. Base Design Documents).

• Assist in Maintaining a SharePoint platform for our group-wide engineering community.

• Assist in the creation of generic Group standard documentation (General requirements, MES & IT/OT requirements, Component Lists, etc.)

• Assist with daily business tasks and internal coordination.

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering or a related technical field.

• First practical experience in Engineering is a plus.

• Strong skills in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint 365.

• Fluent in English (written & spoken), additional languages are a bonus.

• You work structured and reliably, are communicative, flexible and have a hands-on attitude.
