Job description
Purpose of the position
The importance of this position is to be able to supply our markets more effectively by improving plant productivity. This will be done by increasing transparency around maintenance and spare parts management. For this purpose, a uniform maintenance software will be introduced, which will enable synergies between the plants through standardization. With the exchange of information and experience, the software can be further developed, parallel work in the countries can be avoided and comparability increased. This supports the optimization of the stock of spare parts in the production network. With the software and new hardware, communication between the specialist departments (production, maintenance, quality and controlling) is digitized, which introduces new ways of working and processes within the factory.
Responsibilities
In the team you drive the development of standards, the community of the business as usual (BAU) and support the implementation work around Enterprise Asset management across the Intersnack Group – get the countries and organizations transitioned to defined ways of working.
Support the local implementation.
Enable and motivate key resources within the local organization to support the implementation.
Verify enhancements in the system by supporting the testing.
Enable the local maintenance and operations teams to transition from their current into the future common way of working. This includes support developing online trainings, execute present trainings and convincing the users of the benefits using the system.
Support of the implemented software.
Build a network between the different countries and the group.
Collect feedback to specify software enhancements to increase efficiency and engagement within the group.
Be the functional support of the factories you brought online, if key user need help.
Share best practices to increase acceptance.
Analyze the data across the factories and countries to leverage advanced reliability calculations, identifying successful maintenance strategies and show the impact of the software development.
Develop and enhance calculations to assist the maintenance execution efficiency, spare part management and investment evaluation.
Represent the Intersnack Group.
Seed excitement for the common solution.
Defend the strategic and operational asset management aspects to avoid local deviation.
Support the development of maintenance and the supporting system to a data driven reliability and value based maintenance.
Increase bonding between the countries and the headquarters.
Scope of Authorisation
The holders of this position will develop standards, drive the community of the business as usual (BAU) and support the implementation in line with the overall guidelines and in agreement with the Group Process Owners – fulfilling the overall target.
Job requirements
Education
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
From career starters up to 8 years of experience in maintenance, IT, or consulting within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
Proven expertise in maintenance/manufacturing operations or project implementation.
Skills
Experience with business transformation.
Proficiency in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI certification) preferred.
communication and facilitation skills across diverse cultures and hierarchies.
A self-starter attitude with strong result orientation and leadership capabilities.
Knowledge of maintenance, manufacturing, and procurement processes are a plus.
Fluent in English (additional languages spoken within the organization are a plus).
Willing to travel – expected level of travel of this position is up to 50% / week.
