Resource Manager Projects (all gender)

Purpose of the position

Project One is a programme within the Intersnack Group to create new ways of working for the whole organisation by harmonising all business processes across the international management units. The realisation of this goal is supported by one common IT solution stack, based on Infor Cloud-Solutions. Currently, a team of more than 20 nationalities and 150+ colleagues works in the programme, consisting of multiple projects to achieve this target.

Responsibilities

• Resource Planning & Allocation: Collaborate with Programme Leadership and Project Managers to assess and allocate resources, ensuring optimal skill and availability match to project demands.
  
• Capacity Management: Proactively manage team workloads, identifying and addressing resource bottlenecks to maintain project timelines.
  
• Onboarding & HR Coordination: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of internal and external team members, managing HR tasks like visa support for international staff.
  
• Budget & Cost Oversight: Monitor resource expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget and maximizing cost-efficiency.
  
• Vendor and External Coordination: Manage vendor and consultancy relationships, ensuring external resources align with project needs and timelines.
