Purpose of the position

If you’re passionate about People & Culture, curious about how great training content is built, and excited to shape digital learning experiences, this role might be your perfect match. We’re looking for a Working Student to support our Learning & Development activities - from creating training materials to helping us bring our content into a modern e‑learning environment.

You’ll join an international People & Culture team and play a hands-on role in transforming PowerPoint-based content into engaging digital trainings using Articulate, one of the leading e‑learning platforms. If you enjoy being creative, structured, and collaborative, you’ll feel right at home.

Your tasks

  • Create and update training materials: Develop user guides, tutorials, and role-specific trainings. Support the redesign and migration of content into our new digital learning setup.

  • Support training sessions: Join training workshops to understand our systems and processes, capture content, and help improve training delivery.

  • Maintain our Learning Management System (LMS): Assist with uploading, updating, and organizing training content to keep everything current and accessible.

  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with stakeholders to align content, gather feedback, and ensure training materials meet the needs of our People & Culture community.

Job requirements

Your profile

  • You’re currently enrolled in Business Administration, Communications, HR, Education, or a related field

  • First experience in training design or digital learning is a plus

  • Experience with SharePoint is beneficial

  • Solid MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A structured, reliable, and proactive working style

  • Ability to work regularly at the office in Düsseldorf
