We are looking for an engaged working student (all gender) to support the Team in the Group Internal Audit & Controls department. You should have analytical skills and enjoy working independently.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the internal audit planning process
• Consolidate internal controls feedback received from the operating companies
• Support internal audit follow-up activities
• Participate in upcoming internal controls projects such as implementation of a Governance and Risk Compliance application
• Support in preparation of presentations, reports, user guidelines and training materials (English)
• Assist in performing data analyses
• Support in the continuous development of the internal audit/ internal control processes across the organisation

Education/ Experience

• Currently enrolled (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration/Economics, if possible with a focus on Auditing, Organization, Internal Controls, Finance or similar
• Initial experience (internships/working student) in Internal Auditing, Auditing or other audit-related areas would be a plus
• Analytical skills and understanding of complex relationships and processes
• Independent, careful and reliable way of working combined with a quick grasp and fun working in a team

Availability

• Supporting Group Internal Audit & Controls for 1-2 days per week (if possible, whole days)
• Being available at least for one year as a working student for Intersnack Group

Language Skills

• Fluent written and spoken German and English

IT

• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in developing knowledge in further applications, e.g. Governance Risk and Compliance application
