Why This Role Matters

 

As a Team Lead Transformation Management – Supporting Functions, you will lead a team to deliver transformation projects successfully. Acting as a trusted partner to Management Units and Group Functions, you will drive process improvements and IT solutions across end-to-end processes.

You will be the main contact for stakeholders, providing operational guidance and resolving challenges. Responsibilities include developing project plans, functional specifications, and change management strategies, mentoring your team to foster operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with transformation methodologies..

 

As part of the Supporting Functions team, you will contribute to driving projects that improve HR, financial, and internal control processes. You will help Improve efficiency and ascertain compliance in for enabling functions & processes.


Your Role at Intersnack

Strategy

  • Define the strategic roadmap for the area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with Business Transformation’s long-term goals and Intersnack’s business strategy

  • Represent Business Transformation in executive discussions with Intersnack’s leadership, contributing to the Business Transformation’s strategic projects and business development

Operations

  • Identify and implement process, technology, and structural improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Ensure operational excellence through adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and embed best practices.

People Management & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster high performance and engagement.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning.

  • Support recruitment and workforce planning in partnership with People & Culture.

Performance Management

  • Set clear objectives aligned with departmental priorities and monitor progress against KPIs.

  •  Provide continuous feedback and address skill gaps through training and coaching.

  • Ensure compliance with performance management timelines and deliverables.

Project Management

  • Lead high-impact transformation programmes with strategic relevance, substantial budgets, and exceptional complexity.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, representing Business Transformation and building long-term C-level relationships.

  • Drive project initiation, scope expansion, and cross-demand generation to maximise business value.

  • Oversee complex projects, ensuring governance, scalability, and continuous improvement.

  • Define strategic roadmaps aligned with Intersnack’s long-term goals and embed operational excellence.

  • Build and develop high-performing teams, ensuring capability growth and succession planning.

Job requirements

Education:

University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

Experience:

Comprehensive experience in leading large-scale transformation projects

Skills:

  • Strong executive leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to influence at all organisational levels and work closely with Management Units and Group Functions

  • Strategic thinking and thought leadership in operations execution

  • Proficiency in advanced project management and governance tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Additional requirements:

  • Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
