Purpose of the position


The Intersnack Group has a continuous ambition to grow rapidly both organically and externally. The purpose of the position is to support the company in organizing and delivering this growth in a strategic way.  Revenue Growth Management Manager rolls out and stewards the “RGM at Intersnack” way - deploying the approach in all MUs, owning the analytic techniques, providing thought partnership to local commercial teams, working with 3rd-party data and insights agencies, facilitating best practice sharing and training, and continuously evolving the playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of balanced and sustainable RGM plans across pricing, pack price architecture (PPA), promotions, mix, and trade terms

  • Design, maintain, and monitor international pricing corridors to guide market-level pricing decisions, ensuring strategic alignment competitiveness, and consistency across geographies

  • Establish promotional guidelines and lead post-event evaluations to optimize ROI

  • Develop pack strategies aligned with demand spaces, retailer priorities, and profitability

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to ensure RGM initiatives are embedded in commercial planning

  • Provide thought leadership and training to local teams, fostering RGM capability development

  • Partner with external agencies to access data, conduct research, and enhance analytical tools

  • Track performance of RGM initiatives and propose corrective actions when needed

  • Facilitate best practice sharing across markets and contribute to the evolution of the RGM playbook

Job requirements

  • Several years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Commercial Strategy roles.

  • Experience in FMCG matrix organizations and/or strategic consulting environments

  • Proven international exposure and ability to work across diverse markets and cultures

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a “can-do” attitude

  • Robust analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to a lean HQ environment

  • Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus

  • Travelling is about 10% per month - you will travel once a month across our european entities
