Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Contract Management Expert, you will drive the effective management of commercial contracts and procurement processes for the Business Transformation department. You will ensure proper contract delivery, milestone and change-request control, and timely administration of purchase orders.
You will apply expertise in internal procurement and accounts payable processes and leverage your experience in contract administration to support compliance and smooth execution.
Your Role at Intersnack
Ensure all commercial aspects of Business Transformation department are managed and under control
Control the delivery of commercial contracts and framework agreements, including SaaS and implementation contracts with service providers and implementation partners
Lead regular contractual progress checks, resulting in partial acceptance of milestone payments and timely supplier payments
Control and maintain the Change Request/work order process, ensuring alignment with existing framework contracts and monitored utilisation
Control the contractually agreed Exception process to prevent contractual issues that could impact the organisation
Coordinate with the Project Manager to capture legacy contract details, analyse existing local contracts and support the Programme Controller in managing them to enable rollouts at minimum cost
Maintain and manage programme and department procurement administration, using standard tools and ERP systems to enable smooth invoice processing and controlling (e.g., creates and administers department Purchase Orders)
Establish, maintain and drive adherence to defined and implemented procurement processes, ensuring all procurement requirements have a properly created and approved Purchase Order
Take the role of Regional Process Owner for Source-to-Pay in Headquarters, ensure S2P operations run smoothly and support PO creators with first-level issue resolution
Job requirements
Education:
University degree in business studies (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, or the like)
Experience:
Several years of relevant experience and a proven track record in project management, business transformation, or consulting
Skills:
Ability to work strategically and operationally at the same time – able to think long term while executing the day to day
Ability to implement new ways of working and following up until they are properly fully integrated
Willing to take a firm stance when necessary to ensure compliance and contractual obligations are met
Maintains accountability across all phases-negotiation, executions and close out
Ensure all agreements serve the strategic and financial goals
Strong organisational and documentation skills
Thorough and reliable way of working together with the necessary care for the detail
Excellent communication skills verbally and written in English
Experience in Procurement processes as part of a software and implementation project is a plus
Additional requirements:
Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
