Senior Business Transformation Analyst – Quality Management

  • Hybrid
    • Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany

Job description

Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Business Transformation Analyst - Quality Management, you will play a key role in shaping and harmonizing quality processes across Intersnack's international manufacturing entities. Acting as the bridge between Quality, Operations, and IT, you will drive business transformation initiatives with a strong focus on ERP implementations, system rollouts, and process standardization from the Quality perspective.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep expertise in Food Quality Management, Food Safety, and Manufacturing with proven experience supporting large-scale ERP transformation programs. You will help ensure that quality processes, data, and compliance requirements are effectively embedded into future ways of working across our global organization.

Your Role at Intersnack

  • Own quality-related workstreams within large-scale business transformation and ERP implementation programs.

  • Act as the Quality subject matter expert during ERP design data migration, owning your workstream, process validation, System integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) post-go-live support activities and training activities from a Quality Management perspective.

  • Drive the harmonization and standardization of quality processes across multiple countries and business units.

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate closely with IT, external partners, and implementation teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve quality processes, governance, compliance, and reporting capabilities.

  • Facilitate workshops with quality, production, supply chain, R&D, and commercial stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment between business requirements, regulatory standards, and system capabilities.

  • Partner with local and regional teams to drive adoption of new processes and tools.

  • Support change management activities and promote best practices across the organization.

  • Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units, Group Functions, and external implementation partners.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Job requirements

Your profile

  • University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Management, Engineering or a related discipline.

  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience within Food Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or Food Manufacturing environments, FMCG or Food & Beverages.

  • Proven track record in ERP implementation Infor M3, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP solutions.

  • Solid Working knowledge of HACCP and at least one GFSI-recognized standard (e.g. BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000).

  • Preferred knowledge of quality standards of ISO 9001.

  • Strong understanding of quality processes across manufacturing environments.

  • Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and process designs.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations during project phases and rollouts.

What Makes You Successful

  • You’ve stood on a production floor and know how quality really runs there, not just how the procedure describes it.

  • You can explain a non-conformance workflow to IT and an ERP constraint to a plant QA manager, and both understand you.

  • You push for one harmonized process across sites, but you know when a local requirement is legitimate and when it’s just habit.

  • You stay structured when a go-live is close and pressure is high, and you hold the line on quality and compliance.

  • You build trust quickly with local teams, because adoption happens at the plants, not in the design workshop.
