Why This Role Matters

 

As a Senior Business Transformation Advisor, you will lead transformation projects within the Transformation Management sub-department, driving innovation and cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee the implementation of process improvements and IT solutions for end-to-end processes and resolve operational challenges.

 

As part of the Planning & Materials Management team, you will contribute to driving projects that improve procurement, sourcing and supply chain planning processes. You will help enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency along the upstream supply chain.


Your Role at Intersnack

  • Independently lead multiple high-complexity transformation projects or programmes, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maximizing business value. Oversee substantial budgets and cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes. 

  • Act as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for Management Units, Group Functions, and Business Transformation leadership, providing strategic guidance, aligning objectives with stakeholder needs, and delivering thought leadership in your area of responsibility. 

  • Oversee the development of project plans, functional specifications, and change management strategies, ensuring compliance with Business Transformation standards while driving the development of advanced methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks for continuous improvement and scalability. 

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-demand generation, expanding the scope and impact of initiatives and contributing to the refinement of Business Transformation’s methodologies, tools, and governance. 

  • Contribute to Business Transformation’s strategic projects, including business development, methodology innovation, and knowledge management, while fostering long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders. 

Job requirements

Education:

University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

Experience:

Extensive experience and strong expertise in a specialized functional area

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to drive high-impact transformation projects

  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills

  • Proficiency in advanced project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)

  • Experience with transformation methodologies and tools

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Additional requirements:

  • Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
