Job requirements

Responsibilities 

  • Provide comprehensive HR generalist support to Group Directors and their leadership teams

  • Advise and support line managers on employee relations topics, including absence, performance, and contract changes

  • Lead People & Culture projects, ensuring clear objectives, aligned resources, and effective timeline

  • Oversee Talent Management across the full employee lifecycle and develop the learning and development plan based on business needs

  • Support Compensation & Benefits decisions aligned with market competitiveness, internal budgets, and governance

  • Strengthen leadership capability through feedback and coaching

  • Drive employee engagement activities and support action planning across functions

  • Deliver HR updates at team meetings, leadership meetings and town halls

  • Manage the full recruitment process for the client group, including hiring strategy, sourcing partners, interviews, salary negotiations, and cost control

  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of employment contracts

  • Plan and implement training programs to support organizational capability building

  • We are looking for two HR Business Partners:

    • Area of Finance, IT, Legal & Compliance

    • Area of Business Transformation

Your profile

  • University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology

  • Solid HR Generalist experience or transferable experience in another function

  • Experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage

  • Practice in a Consultancy environment is a plus

  • Experience with stakeholders in the area of Project Management is beneficial

  • Business‑savvy mindset with strong analytical thinking and adaptability

  • Passion for continuous imprivement and driving change initiatives

  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience

  • Ability to build strong, credible relationships within HR and across functions

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Living within a commutable distance to Düsseldorf

  • Willingness to travel to international sites
