Why This Role Matters

 

As Head of Transformation Management, you will lead the Transformation Management team to deliver large-scale business transformation projects across Intersnack. Drive structured planning, execution, and sustainable change, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, quality, and timelines. Act as the operational backbone for Business Transformation, translating strategy into measurable results and ensuring smooth transition to business-as-usual.

Your Role at Intersnack

Strategy

  • Define and steer the sub-department’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with Business Transformation goals.

  • Represent Business Transformation in executive discussions and contribute to strategic projects.

  • Foster collaboration across sub-departments and actively participate in leadership meetings.

Operations

  • Drive process, technology, and structural improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely delivery of transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and maintain alignment.

People Management & Development

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and succession planning.

  • Promote an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture.

  • Support recruiting and headcount planning in alignment with People & Culture.

Performance Management

  • Set clear objectives and monitor KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Provide regular feedback and identify skill gaps for training or coaching.

  • Align individual and team goals with departmental priorities.

Project Management

  • Oversee complex, high-impact projects (ERP rollouts, digitalization, process reengineering).

  • Provide thought leadership and develop advanced methodologies and governance frameworks.

  • Expand project scope and impact through cross-demand generation opportunities.

Job requirements

Education:

University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

Experience:

Proven leadership experience in managing transformation projects or departments at a senior level

Skills:

  • Proficiency in advanced project management, governance, and performance tools

  • Experience with transformation methodologies and tools

  • Knowledge of process networks and transformation management principles

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills

  • Proven ability to facilitate discussions and drive alignment

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
