Job description

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the Process Network by capturing and suggesting best practices
  • Design and describe processes inside the defined area of Group Financial Planning & Analytics in the context of the ONE Template
  • Ensure an appropriate configuration (administration, support monthly closing) of the Planning and Reporting System (d/EPM) and reporting landscape
  • Create the relevant process documentation and training material
  • Build capabilities within the Process Network/ ONE Template in terms of content and governance processes
  • SERPAT: Perform validation assessments and be accountable for the creation of the action plan for the specific management unit
  • Actively support Scope Projects as a subject matter expert
  • Responsible for the intercompany sourcing process from a technical point of view

Job requirements

  • University degree in business administration / economic sciences or business informatics
  • At least 3 years of experience in Controlling
    o Ideally background in the FMCG industry
    o Solid knowledge of Financial Planning & Analytics
    o Solid knowledge of KPI- reporting and reporting in general
    o Solid accounting knowledge
    o Experience in project management and project roll-outs is welcomed
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems (preferable INFOR M3)
  • Solid knowledge of BI-reporting tools (preferable QLIK, INFOR d/EPM)
  • Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
  • Fluent spoken and written English and German is a must
  • High affinity to data management and workflow
